For a smooth operation, the HearDis! Music Player needs to be online on a regular basis, so it can receive content updates . If the device is offline, please follow these step-by-step instructions until it comes back online.
The network cable has to be plugged into the network socket of the player
If there is a working connection, the small LED lights on the network port will blink yellow or green
No indication lights mean "dead cable" ➝ not connected to a network
Consult your IT team to choose the right port number
