The HearDis! Music Player is designed to be plugged in 24/7 and never turned off, unless a reboot or restart is required. Follow the steps below to find out how to do this:

A permanent power supply is essential for operation. The device should always be running and never be turned off, even if the store is closed overnight or on weekends.

The blue light on the front of the player indicates that the device is running.
If for any reason the player needs to be turned off or the system needs to be rebooted, press the button on the front of the player once.
The blue light will turn red and the music player will shut down.
You can restart the player by pressing the same button.
Please always power off the player by pushing the power button before cutting off the power supply.

Browser Interface
The HearDis! Player application allows you to follow the current playlist, provide feedback on content and a variety of additional features to choose between playlists/channels, schedule content and much more*.
To access the application, scan the QR code on your player with a smartphone or tablet, or type the player address printed on the player into your browser window.
Make sure the device you use to access the player application is connected to the same local network as the HearDis! media player.
